The dish-shaped steel ball/flying saucer-shaped stainless steel ball is made of high-quality stainless steel wire and carbon steel wire after cold heading and polishing. It is used for further polishing of parts after rough polishing and intermediate polishing, which greatly improves the brightness of the surface of the part. Mirror state, applied to non-ferrous metal parts of stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy and other materials (such as forging parts, die-casting parts, machined parts, etc.).
Commonly used specifications for flying saucers are: 2*4, 3.5*5.5, 4.5*7, 6*8, 8*11, etc. The round balls are available from 1-30mm.
The user can choose the size according to the material, structural shape and appearance size of the part, or customize it.
It is mainly used for finishing polishing the surface of copper, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and stainless steel workpieces.
